Exec Director and Support Worker went full-time, hired Volunteer Coordinator, began administering security deposit program, moved into 25 Freedom Rd, moved from lease to purchase, began plans for expansion of facility |

Hired Development Coordinator, hired Aftercare Worker, added Intake Workers, transitioned to year round shelter, completed 800 sq ft addition, promoted Support Worker to Program Director, increased from 25 to 35 capacity, completed comprehensive security analysis, added outdoor shelter, began Family Services Task Force |
